This does happen. It seems to happen with the newest updates but not the older updates.

This issue has been resolved. The problem is because of the size of the update. The PHP file_upload_limit needs to be increased in the php5.ini file. We put in a php5.ini file for this, each install will have to put this in there root directory. If the file already exists then you need to add the contents to it.
